Steps to Enrollment
1. Interview with ATP
ATP requires a successful simulator or aircraft evaluation, written evaluation, and interview to assess your aeronautical knowledge and aptitude. In addition, the interview process briefly familiarizes you with ATP and the Airline Career Pilot Program.
The simulator evaluation costs $100, and may be conducted at any one of ATP's training centers. If a simulator is not available, you may elect to conduct your interview in the aircraft for $250. ($150 of this cost will be credited toward your Airline Career Pilot Program.)
An interview may be scheduled by calling 800-ALL-ATPS. Upon successful completion of the interview process and your acceptance into the program, you may schedule your class date.
2. Financing
Complete or partial financing of the Airline Career Pilot Program is available. Financing, if desired, must be arranged before a class date can be scheduled. Complete information about the options available to students is on the Financing page.
3. Scheduling & Deposit
ATP requires a $1,995 non refundable, unconditional deposit to reserve your class date. The deposit will be credited towards your program payment. Upon receipt of your deposit, ATP will send the required training manuals and any additional information you will need prior to beginning your program.
